What is collected

When the enquiry form is enabled, it collects the name, email, optional organisation, enquiry category and message you provide. Abuse protection also processes technical signals, including a short-lived hashed network identifier and challenge-verification results. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive health information.

Why it is used

Only to understand and respond to your enquiry, manage correspondence and protect the service from abuse.

Where it goes

Configured Cloudflare infrastructure processes the form and can store enquiries in a private database. A configured email-delivery provider may send notifications to the portfolio operator. Enquiries are not published on the website.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries are kept for follow-up and administrative review, with deletion on request where applicable. The operator should periodically review and purge outdated enquiries; automatic deletion is not implied. To request removal, use the same enquiry channel and mention your original email address.

Contact routing, the final domain and the responsible operator's details must be configured before receiving production enquiries.
